Pricing and Payments

Prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT. They are in United Kingdom pounds sterling. All our online payments are made through a third party (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland). We do not have access to your credit card details.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific queries regarding our returns policy please contact us.

If you have purchased the Goods as a consumer, an order for Goods may be cancelled by notice in writing sent within the first 7 working days of your order beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

We will provide a full product refund including VAT within 30 days of your notice. You are responsible for ensuring that goods returned must be received in as new condition with all seals intact and the product unused.

Goods must be returned complete including all packaging.

Carriage costs for dispatch and returning the Goods are your responsibility.

Delivery Information

Goods will usually be despatched within one working day by 1st Class Royal Mail or its agents. Actual delivery times will depend upon the Royal Mail or its agents.
